Dr. Aver and Dr. Ganzman strive to provide quality dental services to all our patients. In an effort to encourage good dental health for all, our doctors instituted an “in-house” Dental Discount Program (DDP) for uninsured patients. This program gives uninsured patients an affordable option to preventative care and wellness with significant savings on all restorative dental procedures. Our Dental Discount Program is an individual program available to any member of your family.
Adult Annual Plan

Terms & Conditions of the Program:

Fees are guaranteed for one year and the plan cannot be extended past expiration date.

It is the patient's responsibility to know when their plan expires.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Patient’s responsibility to make and keep their own appointments.

$50.00 per hour fee for broken appointments without 48 hours notice.

Discount program is not transferable between patients.

Patients with full adult dentition (teeth) or who are over the age of 13 are considered an "adult"

20% discount does not apply to specialized procedures such as ozone therapy and orthodontic treatment.

Refund Policy: Discounts are removed and all procedures must be paid at full price.
Please Note: This is not dental insurance. Enrolling in our “in-office” Dental Discount Program gives you the opportunity to obtain your dental treatment at reduced prices. Cannot be used with any other insurance.
